How to use this website

How do I create a site account?
If you are a first time visitor to Celebrate Events, or had an account on one of the old Celebrate sites, you will need to create a new user account on this site. To do so, select the Create an account in the upper right corner of the web page. Once you have completed the sign up form, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you signed up with. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email within a few minutes. You may then log in to begin using the site.

How do I log-in?
If you have already created an account, you may log in by clicking the "Log in" link at the top right of the site. Enter your email address and password.

What if I forgot my password?
Click the "I forgot my password" link on the log in page, and enter the email address you used when you originally signed up for an account. A new temporary password will be emailed to you. Make sure to check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email within a few minutes. The subject of the email will be "Celebrate Events Password Reset". The password reset email will contain a link to log-in to your account and activate your temporary password. Once you click this link, you will need to change your password to something you can remember for future visits.

Is my account saved?
Yes. Your account is saved for future visits to the website. You may log in at any time to register yourself or your friends and make donations. Your profile also remains active for all future Celebrate events.

What if my account information changes?
Select "My account" in the upper right corner to update your profile, change your password and view any donations in your name.

If I am registering my friends and making additional transactions am I able to do one checkout?
Yes. All your registrations, donations and purchases will be added to your shopping cart. You can check out with one single credit card entry.

How do I register?
You can register online or by mail. To register online, navigate to the event you are interested in registering for, and click "register" to continue to registration. You may also print a form to mail in by using the "Mail In" link on the Register page.

May I register someone else online?
Yes. If you are in the process of registering yourself for an event, you may click the "Add another registrant" button on the "My cart" checkout page. If you have already completed the registration process for yourself on a previous day or time, you may simply click the "register" button and complete the form for the person you are trying to register.

May I register the day of the event?
Yes. Although the fee for day of registration may increase.

What if I would like to change my workout selection for Celebrate Fitness?
No problem! Please email your request to info@celebrate-events.org. Be certain to include your name, team name if applicable and new workout choice.

If I am unable to attend after registering, may I receive a refund?
We regret that we are unable to refund registration fees.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

What is the Young Women's Breast Cancer Program (YWBCP)?
The Young Women's Breast Cancer Program at Siteman Cancer Center is dedicated to providing support, raising awareness and conducting research focused on the unique issues surrounding breast cancer diagnosed in women under the age of 44.

Why should I support the YWBCP?
Of the over 180,000 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer, over 12% will be 44 or younger. These women experience higher recurrence rates and the lowest five-year and overall survival rates. What is the Discovery Fund?
The Discovery Fund enables Siteman's director to respond to promising new discoveries and scientific breakthroughs, providing the most advanced patient care in the region. Siteman Cancer Center is changing the face of cancer through personalized therapies, impacting the lives of its patients and those who love them.

Donations

May I donate online?
Yes, simply navigate to the event that you would like to make your donation to, and select "donate" from the menu.

What are Angel and Pawtner donations?
They are what we creatively call; the donations that you solicit and receive in your name for Celebrate Fitness (Angel) and Celebrate Spot (Pawtner).

Are my donors able to contribute online in my or my team's name?
Yes. They can select you as an event participant or your team name from the drop down lists. Note that if donors choose to donate in the name of an event participant, any applicable teams that they are on will get credit for the donation as well.

Are my Angel/Pawnter donations tracked for me?
Yes. Select "My account" from the upper right corner of the site, and click "VIEW DONATIONS IN YOUR NAME."

When do I turn in my Angel/Pawtner donations that I personally collect?
You may turn them in at any time prior to the event or the day of the event.

If I would like to turn in my Angel/Pawtner donations prior to the event where would I send them?
Please be certain to include your name and/or team name. Make checks payable to :

Do you accept donations after the event?
Yes. You can send in donations at any time. Please refer to the remittance information above.

 

Merchandise

Will there be merchandise for sale at the event?
Yes. We will be selling merchandise and raffle tickets at the event. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
